Full alloy wheel refurbishment can take between 2-3 days in most cases but in some cases with pre booking and stocked colours with minimal to no repair or corrosion can be completed sooner!

Preferably every job should be cleaned and grease free prior to dropping off this allows for a better visual of the part to see any underlying damage or delicate area's and even things you may have missed removing. It will also benefit the customer for a quicker process and cost otherwise in some cases a cleaning charge will have to be added to the price.

Anything other than the bare part you want coated should removed for the powder coating process as most components such as bushes, bearings, rubbers and plastics will perish due to the various stages of chemical stripping, sandblasting and high tempretures of the oven. If you can not remove these yourself dont panic we can do this for you but do not hold any responsibilty for doing so.

No problem at all! we try to keep an selection of common used colours in stock such as Black, white, silver, gold, bronze & gun metal but if you desire something different or have a paint code to go by or even something completely bespoke then we can have it made and ordered in for you this does come as an additional charge as there is a minimum amount for an order and delivery costs.

Yes if you wish we have the equipment to remove tyres and also re-fit post refurbishment taking the upmost care in doing so, along with balancing all wheels on our wheel balancer prior to returning back to the customer.

Yes for an additional cost we can collect your parts or wheels and deliver them back to you packaged up and protected once they are ready to save you all the hassle!
